Burak S. Kotan

Burak S. Kotan brings more than 35 years of leadership across IT infrastructure, management consulting, renewable energy and enterprise systems. He has led enterprise modernization and large-scale IT migration programs for federal agencies, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with Booz Allen Hamilton and veteran-led defense consultancies, and has co-founded and scaled ventures through capital raising and international expansion.

In clean power, he has built cross-border renewable energy partnerships and served on the U.S. Department of Commerce Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Executive Business Development Mission.

As Managing Director of FIMS Global and CEO of Euxine Digital, he leads corporate strategy, capital formation and the delivery of resilient, power-first infrastructure for AI workloads. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Cenk Ergüden

Cenk Ergüden is an international finance executive with more than 18 years of experience across telecommunications, FMCG, distribution and diversified businesses. He currently serves as Group CFO of Discovery Group and previously held CFO and senior executive roles at Moldcell and TeliaSonera. As Co-Founder and CFO of Euxine Digital, he leads financial strategy, investment structuring and financial modelling, drawing on extensive experience in M&A, refinancing, capital allocation and large-scale business transformation.

Reşat Tanış

Global AI infrastructure and data center executive with extensive leadership experience across large-scale technology, mission-critical infrastructure and multi-country operations. Has led complex infrastructure programs, technology transformations and large international organizations across multiple markets.

Leads technology and infrastructure strategy, covering AI-ready data center architecture, power and cooling, technical feasibility, deployment strategy and development of technology and vendor ecosystems.

Levent Ergüden

Levent Ergüden is an experienced business executive and entrepreneur with a career spanning consumer goods, manufacturing and telecommunications infrastructure. He held senior executive roles, including CMO and CEO positions, in Türkiye's textile and apparel industry with companies including Mavi Jeans and Rodi Jeans. He later pursued an entrepreneurial career in Ukraine, establishing and operating FMCG manufacturing businesses in biscuits and Turkish delight, before moving into telecommunications infrastructure in 2003, where his company served as a contractor to Ericsson and Nokia. He currently works as a business consultant, drawing on decades of executive, entrepreneurial and international operating experience.
